A focus program to provide substantial benefits from quality projects. A performance lab consists of a 4-6 person team assigned a real business problem. Support is comprised of formal classroom instruction and individual team facilitation. The program will pay for itself through the reduction of rework and waste, but more importantly, it provides a vehicle for introducing innovation into the organization.
