engagement phase description

workshop

The workshop utilizes a design team concept to formulate a plan of action from both internal and external points of view. In addition, optional education is provided to focus on leading methods. Assets are identified that can be leveraged for the selected options and made part of the plan, and measurements are developed for determining how victory is declared. The workshop concludes with a business case developed to assure fiduciary responsibility and provide clarity of purpose.

the purpose

The pilot is instrumental for assuring proper design and adjustment to particular situations. Prototypes are developed and adjusted through feedback and collaboration with identified resources. Difficult situations are anticipated and plans to address are developed to mitigate risks.

MSI is experienced in all types of people, process, and technology implementations, and offers world class project management to assure on-time, on-budget completion.  Implementation occurs as a phased roll-out to assure integration and optimal results. Management and performance personnel support is provided including professional training materials and experienced instructors. Technology support is provided with assistance for hardware, software, database, etc.

optimize

Our principle of staying with the client throughout implementation and into optimization offers the opportunity to fine tune project or program components and assure complete client satisfaction.
