We begin with an initial discussion to determine your short and longer term needs and develop a workshop tailored to the situation and conducted for select individuals. These initial workshops have been instrumental in gaining organizational buy-in, obtaining knowledge transfer regarding the various options, and creating a concrete plan of action. Generally, the initial workshop lasts one to three days making it possible to recruit the right people and not be obtrusive on day-to-day activities. More workshops are available as deemed necessary by the plan and/or situation.

Whether you need a core process overhaul, program implementation, or technology solution, a pilot will follow to assure all elements of people, process, and technology are assessed and addressed in a controlled situation. This also affords the opportunity to learn more about the culture in order to mitigate risks and provide feedback for collaborative solution design.
