management and capabilities assessments |

|
MSI has a significant experience in performing assessments of the management system for our clients. With deep understanding of all aspects of quality management, six sigma, process analysis and other elements related to continuous improvement, we evaluate how effectively the chosen management system has been implemented throughout the company. This may involve using objective criteria such as the Baldrige Criteria for Perfomance Excellence, a state version of the criteria, or a customized set of criteria specifically developed for a particular client's needs.
