5 point assessment

The 5 point assessment is used to prepare an organization for change. We have found that utilizing this as a leadership tool provides a different perspective, stimulating more attention from senior management. Leadership points are provided and used by the senior manager in order to demonstrate leadership as the company undergoes change. Leadership is a key component for change management; it is appropriate to add value to our clients by providing methods and assistance to become a better leader and/or demonstrating leadership capability.
